I lost my game
The game is saved on your device only, not in the cloud. If you uninstall the app or change phones, your progress does not travel with you. It is also the reason we never ask you for an account.
Where did the ads go?
As of version 1.0.5 the game has no ads. The six reward buttons are still there, but they now grant the boost directly when you tap them, with no video in between.
If you are still seeing ads, you are on an older version: update from the App Store.
A reward button is greyed out
That reward is already running: the button shows the time left on it. The first four last five minutes.
The two that give a percentage of your coins or experience can only be used once per hour, because they give a percentage of everything you have accumulated. In the meantime they show the countdown.
Why do I tap the fish and earn no coins?
Check whether there is a leech on screen: while it's there it eats what you earn per tap. Tap it to squash it and your coins will come back.
Are there in-app purchases?
None at all. The game is free, sells nothing, and as of version 1.0.5 has no ads either.
